View / ReplySubmitted by: juice - 2009-03-08Fear not, you aren't crazy. The central power plant isn't actually hooked up to anything yet. If you go up to level 29, directly above where the central gear is, you'll see a power routing room that I built ages ago to be able to transfer the power to different areas of the fortress. Eventually that room will be full of gears and axles connecting power to whatever area of the fortress may need it. |

Instead of walling to the edge, start walling to the east and loop back around somehow, or connect it to part of the landscape. You could even then use the contained empty areas for random things like "housing" for nobles. |
