Cake mkvi

Five chocolate cakes brings me round to June, and a new mix. Victoria sponge. Supposed to be a light and fluffy cake with a creamy jam filling, lightly dusted with icing sugar. For this I used equal amounts of flour, butter and sugar with three eggs. Approximate amounts were 200g, or 30 teaspoons of sugar and flour respectively.
