The flooding of the entrance way, from one of my most earliest forts. Its name, so old has been forgotten by dwarves, yet I'm sure it still stands somewhere in time.

Was this back when a magma forge would go out of control and flood the map? I can't recall how that common problem happened.
Could be worse, anyway. Could've been elephants!
