Cheeeeeeesecaek

Made with biscuits, buttermilk oil, sour cream, cottage cream, 3 eggs, sugar, vanilla essence and apricot jam. Baked at a low 160oC for just over an hour, and then let to set in the fridge overnight... it was still a bit soft in the morning, but omg, it tasted so much like cheesecake. Gorgeous stuff.
