My review:I like this fleet. One of my more recent creations. The colours are mirky, but I think they're original for SE4, there isn't really another fleet like them! It all started with the transports, and they came out the best. The fighters were rushed. |

Were it not for the astronomically disappointing race portrait, this fleet is absolutely brilliant. The transports and troops are especially phenominal; however, the race portrait ruins it all.

This is one of my favorite fleets. I gave John the pics and he made an excellent fleet out of them! The fighters need a bit of work, and I need to find an adult race pic, but anime is the way to go.

Nice shipset. Cruddy portrait and emblem, but nice shipset. Very classic, like the 80's-style Cylons. Cool.

Cylons? These guys could fly CIRCLES around the Cylons! I may agree about the emblem and portrait, but these ships are COOL!

I love this set, but at times it's a little too busy in some areas and bland in others. otherwise it's a neat set. Needs a cleaner race pic too, but it fits with other races that have begun using anime/magna artwork for race pictures.

Remember the comments made about the Paceans? The one about armor and business? This shipset says it all. Again. However, what is with the portrait? Why must such things be so weak? And the weapon platforms? I hate substitution... However, I had an idea. There's a race from New Age Shipyards (go to spaceempires.net and look for shipyards) called he "Shadow", as in the bad guys from Babylon 5. They have two portraits, a main one and a secondary one. The latter would fit extremely well with this shipset.

Angelican Regency starships aren't designed around armor. They're designed around their engines. Which is quite plain to see from this raceset. The Angelican Reich shipset which was being developed (unfortunately never completed) was far darker and a vast change from this design. It was heavy, slow looking with engines 'hidden' within the design's chasis, and just plain darker and more evil. The Angelican Regency tends to be the "good guys" and the Angelican Reich the "bad guys". Though as always, good and evil are simply points of view. Oh, and the weapons platforms rock. If you have a valid complaint, it'd be about the fighters.
